There is a mermaid princess for every ocean there is.There is also a guy named Kaito-sama, who wants to take all the mermaid princesses and their pearls to summon Aqua Regina, the sea goddess.The princesses have to summon her before he does.Also, Lucia has a major crush on Kaito-kun, who she saved when she was little.She wants to tell him her true identity,but she must not, otherwise she will turn into bubbles.So she makes Kaito try to figure out himself.
